Yes, it is tenant responsibility to have renters insurance that meet our requirements. We do have an a prefered insurance provider https://www.apenroll.com/ they have mutiple plans that meet our requirements of $100,000 liability and lisiting us as the additional intrested party but also personal coverages. Unfortunately, we do not offer affordable housing options at The Cliffs at Lone Mountain. All of our units are priced at current market rates and are subect to change on a daily basis.

The Cliffs at Lone Mountain is on Lone Mountain and the 95. The area provides quick freeway access, making it easy to get around Las Vegas, whether you’re commuting, heading downtown, or traveling to Summerlin and Centennial Hills. Residents also enjoy nearby parks, hiking and biking trails around Lone Mountain, and a quieter residential feel while still being close to shopping, dining, schools, and everyday essentials.
