Yes, it is tenant responsibility to have renters insurance that meet our requirements. We do have an a prefered insurance provider https://www.apenroll.com/ they have mutiple plans that meet our requirements of $100,000 liability and lisiting us as the additional intrested party but also personal coverages. Contact them directly for more information. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer affordable housing options at The Cliffs at Lone Mountain. All of our units are priced at current market rates and are subect to change on a daily basis.

Additional Fees and Payments

Pets

Yes, monthly pet rent is $30 per pet, two pet max per unit. Additionally, there is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, two pet max per unit. Amenities and Facilities

Unfortunatley, there is no bike storage on site, but every home does come with an attached two car garage that makes it easy to access and store your bike. For more information or additional questions feel free to contact the leasing office.

Yes, all units are cable and internet ready. There are no restrictions between providers but the homes are already with assigned Quantum Fiber modems. For more information or additional questions feel free to contact the leasing office.

Every home has their individual address, so packages get delivered to everyones front door or patio. For more information or additional questions feel free to contact the leasing office.

Yes, we have ADA parking onsite for guests and all homes come with an attached two car garage. For more information or additional questions feel free to contact the leasing office.

Unfortunatley, we do not offer furnished homes.

Location

The closest airport to The Cliffs at Lone Mountain is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

The Cliffs at Lone Mountain is on Lone Mountain and the 95. The area provides quick freeway access, making it easy to get around Las Vegas, whether you’re commuting, heading downtown, or traveling to Summerlin and Centennial Hills. Residents also enjoy nearby parks, hiking and biking trails around Lone Mountain, and a quieter residential feel while still being close to shopping, dining, schools, and everyday essentials. It’s a great location if you are looking for space, accessibility, and outdoor recreation without being too far from the city.

If you are in the Las Vegas area, you are almost certainly in the Clark County School District (CCSD).

Once we’re notified of the issue, we can assess it quickly and address it appropriately, whether it’s an emergency or a cosmetic concern.
